Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 24 September 2026

Our commitment

uPull.ai wants this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people with visual, hearing, motor, or cognitive impairments. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA — the standard NHS and public sector partners expect and that UK public sector bodies are required to meet under the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018.

uPull.ai Ltd is a private company and these regulations don't apply to us directly — but because our clients and audience are NHS and public sector organisations that must meet them, we hold ourselves to the same bar.

Current status

This statement is a good-faith self-assessment, not the result of a full independent audit. We believe the site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA. Known areas we're still working through:

We're addressing these as we go and will update this statement as issues are fixed or found.
