Cookie Notice

Last updated: 24 September 2026

Our approach to cookies

This website (upull.ai) does not currently set any analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and does not use browser storage (localStorage or sessionStorage) to track you across visits or sessions.

In short: as this site is built today, we don't track you, and there's no cookie banner because there's nothing to consent to. If that changes — for example, if we add analytics to understand which pages are useful — we will update this notice first and add a consent banner before any non-essential cookie is set, in line with the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).

Third-party forms

Where you submit a form on this site (the proof-of-value waitlist, the AI Readiness Assessment, or a newsletter sign-up), the submission is sent via Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service. Web3Forms may set its own cookies or use other tracking as part of processing your submission — this is outside our control and governed by Web3Forms' own privacy policy, not this notice.

The uPull.ai Academy platform

The separate Academy platform (academy.upull.ai) uses strictly necessary session cookies to keep you signed in. These are essential to the service functioning and are not used for tracking or advertising.

Controlling cookies in your browser

Even where we don't set tracking cookies ourselves, you can control cookies generally through your browser settings — to see what's stored, block cookies from specific sites, or delete existing cookies. Browser help pages for Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge explain how.

Questions
